We are looking for a Flutter Team Lead to join our international mobile development team. You will work on development of solutions for various industries such as news and media, sports and talent management, fashion and entertainment, and others

Responsibility

• Lead a small mobile team (Flutter/Dart) delivering enterprise apps for entertainment and CRM.
• Guide architecture pragmatically (modularity, state management, testing) and keep apps reliable and maintainable.
• Keep security basics first-class (OWASP Mobile/MASVS, secure storage, least privilege) and collaborate with our compliance goals (ISO 27001/SOC 2 awareness).
• Run regular code reviews, improve CI/CD incrementally, and help developers grow through clear standards and feedback.
• Translate requirements into simple plans and predictable releases; communicate status and risks clearly.

Eligibility

BE/ B. Tech/ MTech or MCA / BCA/ BSc. Computer Science / Diploma in Computer Science

You have at least 6+ years of experience

Should be able to join immediately and work full time from our office in Jayanagar 4 T Block, Bangalore

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience with Flutter and mobile app development, including architecture, performance optimization, and deployment

Demonstrate ability to mentor junior developers, support their learning paths, and foster a collaborative team culture

Strong interest in team leadership, including task delegation, motivation, and feedback delivery

Proactive attitude toward problem-solving, ownership, and continuous improvement

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Willingness to grow into a formal leadership role over time, with support from senior management

Skills

• 4+ years in mobile; solid Flutter/Dart production experience.
• Prior responsibility for code reviews, release quality, and day-to-day guidance of other engineers.
• Working knowledge of mobile security practices (OWASP MASVS basics), app store delivery, and CI/CD for mobile.
• Comfortable leading across cultures/time zones; clear written/spoken English.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with ISO 27001/SOC 2 environments (or willingness to learn).
• Some native iOS/Android for performance/edge cases.
