Role Summary

The Architect Manager / Application Manager will lead the design, development,

modernization, and support of enterprise applications. This role combines hands-on

technical architecture, application ownership, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own application architecture (monolith to microservices, cloud-native, APIs)

Review and approve solution designs and integrations

Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability

Drive modernization and cloud migration initiatives

Establish coding standards and best practices

Application Management

Own end-to-end application lifecycle

Ensure SLA adherence and incident management

Coordinate releases, upgrades, and production support

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor architects, developers, and technical leads

Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Technical Skills

Strong application architecture and system design

Experience with Java / .NET / Node.js / Python

Microservices, REST APIs, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)

SQL & NoSQL databases

CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and leadership skills

Strategic thinking and decision-making

Ability to manage large teams
