*Collaboration and Communication:*

* Work closely with model makers to provide guidance and support during the model-making process.

* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.

* Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure all aspects of the model are accurately represented.

*Quality Control:*

* Review and critique designs and models to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.

* Conduct detailed inspections of completed models to ensure accuracy and quality.

* Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall quality of the models.

*Project Management:*

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

* Maintain detailed project documentation, including design plans, progress reports, and client communications.

* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for model making.

*Innovation and Improvement:*

* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in architecture and model making.
