Architect

KSA office is looking for experienced, Design Architects who can work both independently and, in a team, and have experience in the full range of architectural design and project execution phases.And who Exhibits a Design Centric and Research oriented approach

In this position you will work within a team on projects in all work stages, from conceptual design through to the technical and construction phases.

Your tasks will include design conceptual drawing plans, technical documentation and specifications, design development, construction documents and ensure project goals in design and execution.

Strong conceptual, design and graphic skills with the ability to express ideas quickly, clearly and concisely.

Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking

Increase knowledge with ever learning attitude.

Self-motivated, pro-active and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment highly motivated to foster team performance, skillsandspirit.

Stay in constant touch with vendors, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.

Take responsibility, where required by Team Lead, for specific areas of the design and project development.

Support growth of Subordinates

Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant design and project handling experience from concept till completion.

Should have Experience working on complex, large scale projects

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Photoshop and Illustrator

Experience working on BIM/ Revit projects

Strong organizational skills

Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace, and emotional intelligence, with analytical and problem-solving attitude.

The architect should be well versed in architectural standards/processes and sustainability

standards such as GRIHA/LEED/ECBC.
