Role Overview

We are looking for an Architect to support homeowners in their home-building journey. You will clarify their doubts, guide them with the right information, and ensure they have a smooth experience with Koloapp.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers throughout their home building journey and clarify doubts
• Handle multiple clients with different requirements and suggest the right solutions
• Conduct online meetings to understand user needs and preferences
• Prepare simple, clear reports to improve customer experience
• Allocate the right resources to meet customer needs
• Coordinate with the Lead Advisor to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure timely reporting, follow-ups, and client support
• Plan and manage site visits to help achieve conversion targets

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Architecture (preferred)
• 4 years of experience in the home construction industry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in understanding customer requirements and giving practical solutions
• Passion for home design, quality work, and customer satisfaction
