Hiring: Architect (2-4 Years) | CoA Registered | Institutional & Commercial Projects

KlimArt Architects - 25+ years of climate-responsive design across India - is hiring Architects to work on large-scale institutional and commercial projects at our Bangalore design headquarters.

You'll contribute to tech parks, institutional campuses, office complexes, and mixed-use developments - developing working drawings, learning construction detailing, and building the technical foundation for a strong architecture career.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop architectural drawings from design development through construction documentation on institutional and commercial projects

Prepare working drawings - plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules for construction execution under guidance of Project and Senior Architects

Learn architectural detailing - develop joinery details, facade systems, and construction details that meet project standards and buildability requirements

Support consultant coordination - assist in coordinating architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants

Participate in design development - contribute to massing studies, spatial layouts, and design iterations during project development phases

Maintain drawing standards - ensure all documentation follows KlimArt quality standards, layer management, and naming conventions

Conduct site visits - observe construction progress, document site conditions, learn construction methodology and execution

Assist in material research - support material selection, finish specifications, and sustainable design strategies

Begin mentoring interns - provide guidance to junior team members on drawing preparation and studio workflows

YOU MUST HAVE

2-4 years of professional experience in architectural practice

B.Arch degree + CoA (Council of Architecture) registration

Proficiency in AutoCAD mandatory, should be able to prepare architectural working drawings

Revit or Rhino exposure desirable

Experience preparing construction drawings plans, sections, elevations, basic details

Exposure to institutional or commercial projects understanding of large-scale project workflows

Basic understanding of building codes and construction methodology

Portfolio showing drawing work and project contribution working drawings or built project documentation preferred

Willingness to learn proactive, eager to develop technical skills and take on responsibility
