The firm is now setting up its Mumbai studio (launching April 2026) to strengthen its India presence and is looking to appoint an Architect II / Intermediate Architect as part of the founding core team. This is a well placed role to drive India+Global project delivery excellence, collaborating closely with global colleagues.

Role Summary:

Company: Global Top 75 Architecture Firm (Name shared during process)

Designation: Architect II / Intermediate Architect

Years of Experience: 5 7 years in architectural practice (strong technical & BIM capability HIGHLY essential - If no experience in BIM - please do not apply)

Job Type: Full-time, On-site, MonFri (5-day work week)

Location: Mumbai (central location in Mumbai, ease of travel)

Compensation Band on Offer: Competitive salary + benefits + discretionary bonus + possible travel to company's european offices if the opportunity arises

Position Overview

• As an Architect II / Intermediate Architect, you will join the founding Mumbai (India) team contributing to the design, coordination and technical delivery of architectural projects in India and internationally.
• You will work within a structured BIM-led environment aligned to global standards and workflows, supporting project design development, documentation, coordination and quality processes.
• The Mumbai office will function as both a local design studio and a global Revit resource integrated with international offices.
• Selected candidates will receive structured induction and training in Mumbai, supplemented by collaboration and technical support from the firms UK and European studios.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to architectural project design work within a BIM (Revit) environment.
• Prepare and develop detailed design and construction documentation.
• Support project administration and consultant coordination.
• Assist in design coordination across disciplines.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes in line with global standards.
• Participate in office team meetings and collaborative workflows.
• Undertake project-related administrative responsibilities as required.
• Support delivery of projects across sectors including Data Centres, High End Retail, Logistics, Hospitality and Workplace.

Qualifications & Must-Have Skills

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch is a must have).
• Should be a registered Architect in India.
• 57 years of post qualification architectural experience is a must have.
• Strong proficiency in Revit & BIM environments is mandatory.
• Sound knowledge of construction methodology, detailing and building systems.
• Strong understanding of Indian building codes and statutory requirements.
• Experience working on mid-to-large scale commercial / B2B sector projects
• Data Centre | High End Retail | Hospitality | Logistics project exposure is highly valued & preferable)
• Experience with international clients or global standards is advantageous (not mandatory)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Indian resident preferably residing in or near Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane preferred.
• Available to join within one month of offer
