We are hiring a strong Individual Contributor (IC) Architect to design and build large-scale, high-availability distributed systems handling high transaction volumes.

This is a hands-on architecture role for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering problems at scale.

Core Requirements:

• Expert in Java
• Spring Boot
• Microservices Architecture
• Strong System Design & Distributed Systems experience
• REST APIs
• SQL / NoSQL databases
• Event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar preferred)

Domain Exposure (Preferred):

• Fintech / Digital payments / Transaction-heavy platforms
• Experience building high TPS, secure, resilient systems
• Exposure to compliance-driven environments is a plus

Is deeply hands-on (not a pure managerial role)

Has built scalable, reliable backend systems

Can drive architecture decisions independently
