Architect (High End Architecture & Interior Projects)

We are hiring an Architect in Worli, Mumbai to work on a diverse portfolio of luxury residences, commercial developments, hospitality projects, mixed-use environments, and high-end interior architecture. This role is ideal for someone with strong design ability, technical clarity, and experience contributing to premium, detail-driven projects from concept to execution.

Project Typology

You will work across a wide range of high-value architectural and interior projects, including:

• Luxury residential buildings, private homes & villas
• Premium commercial & workplace environments
• Hospitality projects such as hotels, clubs, and leisure spaces
• Large-scale mixed-use & urban development projects
• High-end interior architecture with an emphasis on detailing, materials, and finishes

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs, architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
• Translate client requirements into functional, well-resolved architectural solutions.
• Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, timelines, and documentation.
• Ensure design compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and applicable standards.
• Present design proposals and concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into revisions.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout design development and execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design adherence, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with contractors and site teams during construction to address design clarifications.
• Stay updated with new materials, technologies, sustainable strategies, and industry trends.
• Manage multiple project stages simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a must.
• 36 years of experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design/visualization software.
• Strong design sensibility, problem-solving ability, and technical understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work effectively in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and sustainable design principles.

Work Schedule

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Working days: Monday - Friday (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM); Saturdays (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
