Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business goals and technology execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and driving innovation across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and architecture.

Proven experience in designing complex systems using modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless, event-driven).

Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including architecture and services.

Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (.NET, Java, Python, Node.js, etc.).

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and document high-level solution and technical architecture aligned with enterprise standards and business goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders including product owners, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into architectural blueprints.

Lead the selection of appropriate technology stacks, platforms, and tools for enterprise and application architecture.

Create architecture artifacts including solution diagrams, component models, and interface contracts.

Review and guide development teams to ensure adherence to design and coding standards, security, and scalability.

Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends for potential adoption and integration.

Provide architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle including design reviews, code walkthroughs, and performance tuning.

Ensure solutions are compliant with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.

Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, microservices, and DevOps adoption.

Good to have:

TOGAF, Azure/AWS Architect certifications.

Experience with enterprise architecture tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA).

Hands-on experience with data architecture, AI/ML integration, or IoT solutions is a plus.

Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
