Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Dwarka, Delhi, India. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects, developing creative designs, working drawings, detailing and ensuring they align with sustainability principles. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architectural plans, collaborating with clients and internal teams, managing projects to completion, and integrating innovative solutions into designs.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• 0-2 years experience
• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio of creative projects.
• Knowledge of Architectural Softwares for 2D and 3D development and Integration tools relevant to architectural design and project execution.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Interior design is a plus.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies is advantageous.
• Passion for sustainable and innovative design solutions is a plus.
