About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architect with strong experience in ArchiCAD to support interior architectural design and preparation of construction drawing sets. The role involves working closely with design teams to translate concepts into accurate, build-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare interior and architectural drawings using ArchiCAD
• Develop detailed cabinet and millwork drawings for kitchens, wardrobes and custom joinery
• Produce as-built drawings based on site information and design updates
• Prepare construction drawing sets including Site plans, floor plans, Interior and exterior elevations, sections, electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, Reflected ceiling plans
• Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, and proper layer management within ArchiCAD

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture
• Ability to learn quickly from reference sets and apply knowledge & standards independently
• Familiarity with residential or commercial interior projects
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (mandatory)
