Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for designing and managing architectural projects from concept to planning approval, which includes creating innovative architectural designs, leading planning processes, and delivering successful project outcomes. Daily tasks will involve collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring seamless integration of design, project management, and functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of aesthetics, spatial planning, and innovative solutions
• Skills in integrating Revit & BIM technology within architectural projects to optimise efficiency
• Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordinating teams, and managing timelines and budgets to satisfy client requirements
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp, is highly desirable
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional experience in architecture or related industries is advantageous
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus
