Crystal - New Modular Architecture Division

Salary - 6-8 LPA

Crystal is launching a new division focused on container-based and prefab modular structures. Were looking for an architect who understands steel, structure, and space - not just aesthetics.

This role is for someone who has hands-on experience with shipping containers or modular construction and can design scalable, buildable systems.

What Youll Do

• Design modular structures using shipping containers
• Develop stackable, transportable layouts
• Optimize small footprints to feel open and functional
• Coordinate with structural engineers and fabricators
• Oversee detailing: insulation, waterproofing, MEP integration
• Contribute to building a repeatable container-based design system

What Were Looking For

• Experience working with shipping containers, steel structures, or prefab systems
• Strong understanding of structural constraints and load logic
• Proven ability to design intelligently within tight spaces
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit / Rhino
• Experience executing projects on ground (not just concept renders)

Bonus

• Industrial/adaptive reuse experience
• Exposure to sustainable or modular build systems
• Experience in dense urban contexts

This is not a conventional architectural role. Were building a systems-driven, modular vertical inside Crystal. Youll be part of shaping it from day one.
