Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS DevOps React JS Database and SQL TeamSite Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable and robust architectures using AWS DevOps and other relevant technologies.Oversee the implementation of React JS for front-end development ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Provide expertise in Database and SQL to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.Utilize TeamSite for content management and ensure seamless integration with other systems.Develop and maintain applications using Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.Ensure the security and compliance of applications by implementing best practices and standards.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides to support end-users and stakeholders.Participate in project planning and estimation providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in AWS DevOps React JS Database and SQL TeamSite Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE.Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and architecture.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Show a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.Ability to mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning.Strong understanding of security and compliance best practices.Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.Ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
