Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in .Net Core and Python with a background in Investment Banking Operations or Investment Banking & Brokerage being a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive our companys success and positively impact society.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using .Net Core and Python
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
  • Develop and implement scalable and secure software architectures
  • Ensure that all software solutions adhere to industry best practices and standards
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in .Net Core and Python
  • Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies
  • Demonstrate experience in designing and developing scalable software architectures
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Have experience in Investment Banking Operations or Investment Banking & Brokerage (nice to have)
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
