Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in C# and C++ with a preference for experience in New Product Development-Tech. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with a day shift schedule. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex software systems using C# and C++.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
  • Develop and implement software architecture strategies that align with business goals.
  • Ensure that all software solutions are scalable maintainable and secure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of new product development projects.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Document technical specifications and design decisions for future reference.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in C# and C++ programming languages.
  • Should have a proven track record in software architecture and design.
  • Must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Nice to have experience in New Product Development-Tech domain.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

  • Certified Software Architect Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
