About the Role

We are seeking a GenAI & Agentic AI Architect to design and scale next-generation AI systems leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves defining architectural blueprints, building intelligent autonomous agents, integrating LLM-based APIs, and leading the technical design of scalable AI ecosystems that enhance user experience, business intelligence, and automation.

Responsibilities

AI Architecture & Strategy

• Design, architect, and implement GenAI-driven and agentic system architectures for enterprise-grade products.
• Define multi-agent orchestration frameworks, cognitive workflows, and agent interaction protocols.
• Create reference architectures for LLM integration across enterprise systems (chatbots, copilots, recommender systems, data intelligence tools).
• Lead evaluation and implementation of AI model selection, fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and vector databases.

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed GenAI capabilities within applications (text, voice, vision, multimodal).
• Develop proof-of-concepts and scalable architectures for autonomous and semi-autonomous agent systems (task planners, decisioning bots, copilots).
• Guide teams on prompt engineering, tool use orchestration, API chaining, and function calling architectures (e.g., OpenAI Function Calling, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
• Establish AI governance, model observability, and compliance frameworks aligned with privacy and security standards.

AI Infrastructure & Tools

• Architect end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion, training/fine-tuning, to deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate vector stores (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, ChromaDB) and LLM ops frameworks.
• Work with cloud-native AI stacks (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, Hugging Face Hub).
• Enable continuous learning loops using telemetry, reinforcement learning, and human feedback systems (RLHF/RLAIF).

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data science, MLOps, and engineering leaders to align AI solutions with business outcomes.
• Mentor engineers and data scientists in building scalable GenAI and agentic applications.
• Stay ahead of emerging GenAI technologies, evaluating frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, OpenDevin, etc.

Qualifications:-

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java for AI solution development.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, etc.), transformer architectures, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, and prompt optimization.
• Strong understanding of retrieval pipelines, embedding generation, and document processing pipelines.
• Proven experience in designing GenAI products, such as copilots, chat assistants, summarization engines, or code agents.

Architecture & Cloud:

• Solid grasp of microservices, API-driven architectures, and event-based systems.
• Experience with AI orchestration layers, API gateways, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps tools (Weights & Biases, MLflow, Kubeflow).

Soft Skills:

• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into AI use cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong problem-solving and innovation mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with autonomous agents, multi-modal AI, or human-AI collaboration systems.
• Prior work in healthtech, fintech, or enterprise SaaS AI applications.
