Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Dehradun. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, collaborating with project stakeholders, and ensuring the integration of design elements. The role involves supervising projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and team members to bring innovative architectural designs to life.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design, including the ability to create, analyze, and review blueprints and models
• Skills in Project Management to lead and oversee architectural projects effectively
• Knowledge of Integration and collaboration with various design, engineering, and construction teams
• Understanding of Software Development tools and methods related to architecture and design solutions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure is a plus
• Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards
