Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce Development and Customization Salesforce Experience Cloud Salesforce Data and Salesforce Configuration. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Communications and Real Estate Brokerage. This role involves designing implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.
  • Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to ensure they align with organizational goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working on Salesforce projects.
  • Ensure the integration of Salesforce Experience Cloud with other enterprise systems.
  • Manage SFDC data to ensure accuracy consistency and security across the platform.
  • Configure SFDC settings to optimize performance and usability for end-users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to recommend improvements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the benefits of Salesforce solutions.
