Archer IRM GRC Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Archer IRM GRC Consultant with 5 to 8 years of expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance processes. The role requires strong domain knowledge in IT Security Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Regulatory & Corporate Compliance modules, along with integration and stakeholder management experience.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Archer IRM administration and configuration
• Experience in:
• Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
• Enterprise Management
• IT Security Risk Management
• Regulatory & Corporate Compliance modules
• Experience with:
• Data Feed Manager
• REST API integrations
• System integrations and data feeds
• Strong understanding of:
• Risk management frameworks
• Control frameworks
• Cybersecurity risk management
• Compliance evidence management
• Issue & exception management
• Proven project management capabilities (end-to-end delivery)
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience

Business & Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of corporate support functions
• Knowledge of industry standards:
• ISO 27001
• NIST
• PCI DSS
• GDPR

Technical & Tool Proficiency

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
• Jira & ServiceNow (preferred)
• Familiarity with integration tools and middleware (e.g., Boomi)

Preferred / Recommended Certifications

• Archer Certified Administrator
• CRISC / CISA / CISSP / PMP
• Knowledge of Agile / SAFe methodology
