• Experience in advanced workflows
• Designing end-to-end Advanced Workflows
• Data Driven Events (DDE), Record Permissions, Notifications
• Dashboards, Reporting, Calculations
• Data Feeds, Schedules, Mail Merge Configurations
• Performed Data Imports, Package Installations, Access Control
• Web API Integrations
• Job Troubleshooting

Good-to-Have:

• Knowledge of other GRC products

Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role

• Design and implement advanced workflows in Archer
• Configure DDE, record permissions, notifications, dashboards, and reports
• Handle data feeds, schedules, and mail merge configurations
• Perform data imports, package installations, and manage access control
• Integrate with Web APIs
• Troubleshoot jobs and ensure smooth operations
