Job Description

Responsibilities


Should have an experience of relevant years in ITC Domain with excellent communication skills.
Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts
Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries.
Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention.
Prepare and complete SOPs or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements.
Perform daily internal audit.
Collections Management for all assigned divisions/entities, including credit card collections and processing
Period Close & Reconciliations
Customer communications including dunning processes, emails and customer portals
Managing AR ageing at a customer level
Deductions Management (validate deductions & settle rebates, record approved deductions, process credit/ debit memos), including trade and non-trade deductions
