Role Overview

The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for training students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability to enhance their problem-solving skills and prepare them for placement tests, competitive exams, and corporate assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on:
• Quantitative Aptitude
• Logical Reasoning
• Data Interpretation
• Verbal Ability
• Design lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests.
• Develop structured study material and assessment tools.
• Analyze student performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Conduct doubt-clearing and strategy sessions for exams.
• Guide students on time management and test-taking strategies.
• Track progress and maintain performance reports.
• Collaborate with placement and academic teams to improve placement outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in aptitude training or competitive exam coaching preferred.
• Strong command over aptitude concepts and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
