Job Overview

The role lies within the Operations Technology (OpsTech) team across SMART Automation portfolio. OpsTech is part of Global services technology within Citi, and is focused on supporting the multi-year, multi-workstream Transformation Programs for Client Operations.  The key goals of these programs are to enhance, streamline and automate Operations to improve productivity, scalability, controls and client experience as well as supporting integration of tech strategy and innovation with business vision.

As a part of this, we are looking for a senior tech delivery lead to drive the critical transformation program for comm card business for the teams. Role requirements are mentioned below

Role Requirements

• Candidate should have extensive experience on .NET based technical solutions and Oracle Revenue Management & Billing solution
• Candidate should have experience of configuring and using DevOps tools including Lightspeed, TeamCity, Jenkins etc.
• Candidate should have extensive experience on comm card operational processes and should understand end to end life cycle of comm card products with special focus on Rebates and Pricing .
• Candidate should have hands on experience on delivering and leading large scale transformation initiatives.
• Candidate should be able to work closely with architecture teams, partner tech teams , business to help define target state architecture and end states
• Candidate should facilitate Review / Approval on any deviations to global standards with Operations & Technology Senior Leadership Team  and should be able to analyze and evaluate strategic technologies offered by vendors.
• Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results
• Integrate in-depth knowledge of applications development with overall commercial card technology function to achieve agreed and established goals
• Manage multiple and multi geographic teams of FTE and FPC’s and conduct people management duties (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions, EERS reviews, PTIP and training compliance etc.)
• Manage multiple global concurrent initiatives and projects of varying sizes and complexity providing technical and operational leadership into the annual book of work
• Drive engineering culture within the team and work on improving developer productivity, DevOps, AI and engineering tools adoption across the group
• Follow emerging industry trends and potential disrupters to Technology processes

Qualifications:

• 15+ years relevant experience of leading tech programs/large scale initiatives
• Master’s degree or equivalent
