Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to manage and optimize on-premise Oracle Autonomous Database (Oraas), MongoDB, and Big Data systems, with a focus on migrating these databases to private cloud solutions such as AWSDatabase Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize on-premise databases (Oraas, MongoDB, Big Data).
- Lead database migrations to AWS and GDP Database Services, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
- Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and performance tuning for both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Monitor and manage cloud resources in AWS , ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, and security.
- Develop backup/recovery strategies and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Automate database management tasks to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful cloud migrations and integrations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience with Oracle Autonomous Database, MongoDB, and Big Data systems.
- Strong background in migrating databases to AWS and GDP.
- Expertise in high availability, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and cloud integration.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, NoSQL, and cloud resource management.
