Job Description
Position Objective

The role aims to enhance employee experience through innovative technology solutions.
To build mobile and web applications for company employees, such as internal apps, dashboards, and chat tools, that make everyday employee tasks easier and more digital.
Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables / job expectations)
- Design and develop mobile, desktop, and web-based tools for:
- Daily check-ins and simple trackers
- Forms and self-assessment screens
- Create dashboards to show data in charts and reports
- Develop internal chatbots for:
- Employee questions (FAQs)
- Basic HR information
- Automate routine tasks such as:
- Generating letters and documents
- Sending automated emails and notifications
- Explore and suggest new tools, apps, or ideas that can improve internal employee systems
Critical Success factors (critical / high impact aspects of role)
- Organized and meet deadlines.
- Ability to pay attention to the details.
- Strong technical development skills
- Ability to convert HR needs into digital products
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Academic qualification
- B.E/B.Tech- computer science /MCA with good academic records.
Experience (exposure)
- Fresher
Competencies (fundamental skills and attitudes)
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Possess good and hands-on knowledge on MS Office, (MS excel in particular).
- Well-organized, and extremely detail oriented.
- Focused on quality of work.
- Self-driven and result oriented.
- Adheres to ethical standards.
