Job Title: Apprentice Role for Non-Technology hiring 2024 – 2025

Role Description

• We are seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to learn, develop, and assist in our company operation. The role is in the Global Transaction Banking team which supports the local and offshore clients of GTB – Investor Services. This specialized role entails day to day Know Your Client (KYC) and Non-Core KYC activities.
• The Jobholder report to AVP – Global Transaction Banking (Mumbai), in terms of guidance and authority and is guided by them in terms of strategic issues, compliance, etc. However, the jobholder should be able to independently interact with Internal/External parties and is expected to be aware of the changes in the regulation.

Your key responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities: Key activities:

Securities Services (SeS)

• To perform all new client adoption/ existing client extension/ account amendment for SeS
• Perform first screening on documentation to ensure client adoption adheres to DB’s Global Compliance requirements, specific country KYC & regulatory requirements according to booking location, and Key Operating Procedures
• Upload of KYC documents on regulatory portals i.e. CKYC, KRA .
• Pro-active follow up and manage expectation as part of Client Outreach
• Upload client documentation into DB’s centralized document repository systems, archive the original documentation.
• Keep track on various MI to ensure no aging items.
• Work on data clean up initiatives and remediation.

• Fresh graduates Graduate (BA / BS / B. Com, etc.).
• Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new concepts quickly.

Job Title: Apprentice Role for Non-Technology hiring 2024 – 2025

Location: Bangalore

Role Description

The position is for an Apprenticeship – PB Operations based out of Mumbai and reporting to the Head, Controls - Operations (NPC).

Your key responsibilities

• Tracking deadlines for Key Operating document (KOD) for PB Operations and follow-ups with stakeholders for timely upload of KODs on policy portal.
• Go through existing KODs and liaise with Ops to understand the process followed on ground. Highlight deviations if any and re-draft / modify KODs.
• Design & Publication of trackers on TAT & Quality parameters.
• Revisit Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for each Ops related process and modify / re-define time and motion.
• Follow-up and publication of End of Day checklist for Operations.
• Assist in drafting BRDs for Ops and follow-up on deliverables with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
• Reconciling of vendor bills.
• Other Operations related activities which may be assigned from time to time.

Your skills and experience

• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power point presentation.
• Excellent communication skills.

Education | Certification (Recommended):

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university

The position is for an Apprenticeship.

Your key responsibilities

• Ensuring DB Service Standards wrt to Customer Service at branches
• Ensure total Compliance of all audit guidelines set by External and Internal OR Auditors with Error Free Processing of transactions.
• Ensure laid down processes are being followed; DB internal security standards are followed.
• Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external guidelines (KYC, Anti Money Laundering & Audits).
• All the transactions are carried out with 100% accuracy without errors.
• Ensure complete resolution to all customer queries and complaints.
• Handling scanning activity of documents and transactions.
• Follow Complaint management procedures. Ensure correct and timely resolution of complaints.
• Overall upkeep of the branch lobby as per standard.
