We are seeking a full-time Appointment Setter to join our team in a hybrid role based in Kochi, with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and following up with leads. This role involves efficient lead generation, managing appointment calendars, and maintaining excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience with Lead Generation and familiarity with related strategies
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to use CRM software and manage client records efficiently
- High organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
