Role Description


We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to engage with warm leads generated through our webinars and marketing funnel and schedule qualified 1:1 consultation calls. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for building rapport, understanding their interest, and ensuring smooth scheduling with our sales or coaching team.


This role suits someone who enjoys communication, is highly organized, and performs well in a goal-oriented environment.



Qualifications


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and lead engagement
  • Ability to deliver positive customer experiences
  • Proven ability to build quick rapport with prospects
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Experience in the training or coaching industry is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad



Key Responsibilities


  • Reach out to warm leads through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
  • Qualify prospects based on interest and requirements
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with the sales or coaching team
  • Ensure high attendance rates for booked calls
  • Follow up consistently with leads for responses and rescheduling
  • Maintain organized records in the CRM system
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead flow
  • Meet daily and monthly appointment targets



Requirements


  • 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting, sales support, or lead generation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong follow-up and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable handling multiple prospects daily
  • Familiar with CRM tools and basic online communication platforms



Preferred


  • Experience in coaching, education, or service-based industries
  • Understanding of customer engagement and sales processes
