Job Description
We are hiring an Appointment Setter to work with our education and career-coaching business, engaging with inbound leads and converting them into qualified booked calls.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills , strong follow-up discipline, and a results-driven mindset. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and professionals and play a critical role in revenue generation.
This is not a cold-calling role . You will primarily work with warm and inbound leads coming from ads, forms, and campaigns.
- Engage with inbound leads via WhatsApp, email, chat, and CRM
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries
- Build rapport and understand the prospects background, goals, and challenges
- Maintain high communication quality and tone at all times
- Ask structured qualifying questions to assess fit
- Identify intent, urgency, and readiness to book a call
- Filter out low-intent or unqualified leads effectively
- Capture accurate lead notes and context in the CRM
- Book qualified prospects into the sales calendar
- Ensure correct details, time slots, and confirmations
- Follow up with no-shows, reschedules, and pending leads
- Maintain high show-up and booking conversion rates
- Use provided scripts, frameworks, and objection-handling guides
- Follow up consistently with warm leads who havent booked yet
- Maintain a clean and updated pipeline
- Coordinate with the sales/consulting team for smooth handovers
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confident, clear, and persuasive communicator
- Comfortable speaking with students, professionals, and career switchers
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Goal-oriented and performance-driven
- Organized and reliable with daily lead management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Prior experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or sales assistant
- Experience in education, coaching, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with WhatsApp CRM tools or basic CRMs
- Understanding of consultative selling or lead qualification
- Experience handling high lead volumes
- Clear scripts, systems, and training provided
- Warm inbound leads (no cold outreach grind)
