Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling appointments, generating leads, and managing communication with clients. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential clients
• Payment follow ups
• Documentation handling and sharing ( agreements , surveys , stats etc... )
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills ( English , Hindi and regional Languages )
• Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in a similar role or a customer-facing position is a plus
