Appointment Scheduler B2B Sales (US Process)

Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office Only)

Shift: 7:30 PM 4:30 AM (US Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary :- Up to 6LPA


Role Overview

We are looking for confident English speakers with a neutral/US accent to join us as B2B Appointment Schedulers.

This role focuses on outbound calling to US businesses, qualifying prospects, and scheduling high-quality appointments for the sales team.

This is a target-driven, night-shift, office-based role and ideal for candidates seeking exposure to international B2B sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to US-based business owners & decision-makers
  • Schedule qualified B2B appointments for the sales team
  • Identify and qualify leads as per defined criteria
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
  • Meet daily & weekly appointment targets
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams for smooth handovers
  • Maintain professionalism, consistency, and result focus


Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent English communication (US/Neutral accent preferred)
  • Experience in B2B appointment setting, international sales, or tele calling is a plus
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
  • Comfortable working in US night shift
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined
  • Ready for 100% work from office (Ahmedabad)
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred
