Appointment Scheduler

This is a onsite second shift job. Please do not apply if you are looking for WFH.

Job Duties

• Excellent English communication and prior work experience in a similar job
• Should have experience working in some US Process is a plus but not mandatory.
• Call all leads provided and also make sure to do followups as needed basis
• Generate leads from online and from provided database.
• Follow-ups and update lead/data on our CRM
• Achieve weekly appointment targets
• Responsible for making a minimum of 100 outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.

Required Skills:

• Good Online Research Skills
• Good exposure to Email Communication
• Knowledge of CRM is a plus but not mandatory
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• This is an onsite position and not a Work from home.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 Year working in Telemarketing is a plus but not mandatory.

Salary - Depends on experience

Commission

• Appointment - $50.00 (appointment need to be completed)
• Client closure commission - $100/month X 3 months
• Monthly achievement reward if able to achieve
• Quarterly achievement reward
