This isn't your typical "entry-level" role. We're looking for a passionate AI Architect to architect our data pipelines from scratch to production. Years of corporate experience don't matter to us. We're building the next generation of AI agents and looking for an experienced backend engineer whohas hands-on experience developing production-grade AI agent systems.

About the Role:

You'll architect and scale our agentic platform, owning core systems includingmemory management, orchestration, and evaluation frameworks. This is a unique opportunity to shapehow AI agents are built using modern context engineering principles.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of Python experience in production environments

Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI agents

Hands-on expertise with frameworks like LangGraph, Autogen, or similar

Experience in Containerizationusing Docker or similar

Strong experience in the use of vector databases (pgvector) and memory architectures

Experience with streaming APIs and token optimization

Passion for building reliable, scalable AI systems

Multi-tenant memory systems with sophisticated recall

Production-grade agent orchestration

Context-aware APIs and evaluation frameworks

Cutting-edge RAG implementations
