Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. - Document and maintain technical procedures and user guides. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies. - Experience in implementing and configuring contact center solutions. - Knowledge of telephony systems and call routing strategies. - Familiarity with CRM systems integration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A BE, Btech, MCA education is required.BE,Btech,MCA
