Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) system. Your typical day will involve using exceptional communication skills to accurately define client issues and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You will be dedicated to quality and play a crucial role in keeping our world-class systems running smoothly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop technical solutions to meet business requirements. - Perform system testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) system. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM). Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Purchasing. - Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and processes. - Experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. - Knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Planning and Execution modules. - Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite and its integration with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A B Tech degree is required.
