Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills : Software Defined Network Implementation, SD Access Implementation
Good to have skills : SD-WAN Implementation

Educational Qualification : Must have skills DNAC with PnP and SWIM
Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for acting as the interface between the client and the system or application. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Software Defined Network Implementation and SD Access Implementation to accurately define client issues and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of Software Defined Network and SD Access solutions for clients. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, accurately defining issues and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of SDN and SD Access solutions. - Provide exceptional communication and customer service to ensure world-class systems are running smoothly. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Software Defined Network Implementation and SD Access Implementation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SD-WAN Implementation. - Strong understanding of network architecture and protocols. - Experience with network security and access control. - Experience with network automation and orchestration tools. - Solid grasp of network troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Defined Network Implementation and SD Access Implementation. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
