Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the Cloud Contact Center Implementation system. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting client issues, providing technical support, and collaborating with the development team to enhance system functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Troubleshoot client issues and provide technical support. - Collaborate with the development team to enhance system functionality. - Ensure timely resolution of client issues. - Conduct system testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions. - Experience in implementing and configuring cloud contact center platforms. - Knowledge of telephony systems and call routing strategies. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a contact center environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
