Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the Microsoft 365 system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running smoothly. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and resolving technical issues efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Microsoft 365 system or application. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their issues and provide timely and accurate solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems. - Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 updates and enhancements. - Provide training and guidance to clients on using Microsoft 365 effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workplace Technology Solutions. - Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 features, functionalities, and troubleshooting techniques. - Experience in resolving technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and configuration. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
