Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the ServiceNow IT Service Management system. You will be dedicated to quality and use exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running smoothly. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the ServiceNow IT Service Management system. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow IT Service Management system. - Ensure the smooth functioning of the ServiceNow IT Service Management system. - Conduct system analysis and design resolutions based on client issues. - Provide ongoing support to clients and address their queries and concerns. - Stay updated with the latest developments in the ServiceNow IT Service Management system. - Train and mentor junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow IT Service Management modules. - Knowledge of incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog management. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and workflows. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
