Summary: As a Cloud Operations Administrator, you will work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments. You will ensure smooth operations and efficient utilization of resources to meet business requirements and deliver high-quality services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management and ensure optimal resource utilization. - Assist in billing/show back operations to accurately track and allocate costs across multiple cloud environments. - Identify opportunities for cost optimization and implement strategies to achieve cost savings. - Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance to ensure smooth operations and identify areas for improvement. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud operations. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: NETSCALAR/F5 - is an important and required skill to have. - - Proficiency in Internet Information Server (IIS) Administration. - - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Tomcat Administration. - - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies. - - Experience in managing and administering cloud environments, preferably in a multi-cloud setup. - - Familiarity with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. - - Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation. - - Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols. - - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Internet Information Server (IIS) Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
