Summary: You will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of professionals. Your technical expertise and strong communication skills will be essential in ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. This is a client-facing role, so your ability to engage with clients effectively is crucial. Responsibilities: Leadership and Technical Expertise: Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Windows administration. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform code. Ensure efficient project execution and adherence to best practices. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team. Maintain open communication channels with clients and address any concerns promptly. Pipeline Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and management of CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize pipeline efficiency. Troubleshoot pipeline issues and implement improvements. GitLab Understanding: Proficiency in GitLab for version control and collaboration. Familiarity with Git workflows and branching strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a client-facing capacity. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Windows administration, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and GitLab.
