Role - CBS Domestic LOB Lead Strong experienced in Infosys Finacle 15 - 18 years of experience in Application Maintenance Services (AMS) in Banking sector. Deep understanding of banking business processes, regulations, and industry trends. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Should have worked in Similar Project as Finacle or similar Core banking application as Application/LOB Lead for at least one Scheduled Commercial Banks in India having more than 1000 branches. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Infosys Finacle. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, ensuring successful delivery of the application. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality code and documentation, adhering to project timelines and budget constraints. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Infosys Finacle. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Java, Oracle, and SQL. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Infosys Finacle. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
