Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems or applications. Your typical day will involve using your deep product knowledge to accurately define and interpret client issues, and designing effective solutions using your exceptional communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Act as the primary interface between the client and the system or application, providing ongoing support and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems. - Use your deep product knowledge to accurately define client issues and interpret them to design effective solutions. - Provide exceptional communication skills to keep world-class systems running smoothly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and to continuously improve system performance. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft 365 and Workplace Technology Solutions to provide the best possible support to clients. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Workplace Technology Solutions and Project Resource Management. - Strong understanding of system or application support and troubleshooting. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 support and troubleshooting. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support to clients. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
