Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management system. You will be dedicated to quality and use exceptional communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of our world-class systems. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design effective resolutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Provide technical support to clients using the CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management system. - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical problems. - Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management technology. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT support ticketing systems. - Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts and best practices. - Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as LDAP, SAML, and OAuth. - Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and GDPR. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a client-facing role. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
