Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Your dedication to quality and exceptional communication skills will ensure the smooth operation of our world-class systems. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design effective resolutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical issues and inquiries. - Analyze client issues and use your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution. - Stay updated with the latest product developments and enhancements. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management processes. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving critical incidents in a timely manner. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and their interdependencies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
