Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for acting as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Your typical day will involve using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running and accurately defining a client issue to interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to clients by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to Infrastructure Program Control Services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with clients. - Maintain a deep understanding of the product and its features to provide accurate and effective solutions to clients. - Contribute to the development and implementation of Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA) to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Infrastructure Program Control Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Infrastructure Program Control Services. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues. - Experience in developing and implementing service delivery improvements to enhance client satisfaction. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Program Control Services. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
