Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the ServiceNow IT Service Management system. You will be dedicated to quality and use exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running smoothly. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the ServiceNow IT Service Management system. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand and define their issues. - Interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge. - Collaborate with the development team to address and resolve technical issues. - Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with .Net Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service delivery concepts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A BE degree is required.
