Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: ECS Customer Onboarding Role: - Client/ Customer Onboarding - Onboarding of SAAS application role - who has experience in introducing a new "service" or Product to client or customer in Cloud environment - Any new service which needs to be introduced to client or customer goes through this channel. SI Role will have to align with multiple stakeholders starting from Sales/ Presales/ IT/ Development/ architecture team. - Must take ownership and drive topics to closure. - Identify frequent issues during this product/service introduction and perform RCA and come up with corrective actions Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide ongoing support to clients, acting as the interface between the client and the system or application. - Utilize exceptional communication skills to accurately define client issues and interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge. - Ensure the smooth functioning of systems and applications, utilizing your expertise in IT Infrastructure Operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in IT Infrastructure Operations, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in IT Infrastructure Operations, Incident, Service Request and Change Request Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, HP-Service center. - Strong understanding of systems and applications. - Exceptional communication skills. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Solid grasp of the latest advancements in IT Infrastructure Operations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7-9 years of experience in Transition Projects, Service Introduction. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
